A Metabolic Balance® nutrition plan is based on you and your personal blood values, making every plan unique and tailored specifically for YOU.

Your blood is constantly circulating in an extensive network of blood vessels to every organ and into every corner of the body. Various diseases, imbalances and illnesses can alter the levels of blood markers and other substances in your blood.

Based on your blood values, it is also possible to analyse which nutrients are above or below adequate levels. Metabolic Balance uses 36 blood values for your individual nutrition plan – the reason that the Metabolic Balance program is so successful!

Your Blood Test

The analysis of your blood values forms the basis for the creation of your individual nutrition plan.

Your Individual Nutrition Plan

You’ll receive your personal nutrition plan with healthy, varied meals, all based on your blood. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to change your eating habits. 8 rules and a smartphone app will help you, along with 1-on-1 support from your WNutrition practitioner.

4 Phases to Success

The Metabolic Balance® nutrition program is divided in 4 Phases. The length of the phases are dependent on your wellness goals. 

Phase 1 - Preparation

The body is gently prepared for nutritional change.

Phase 2 - Strict Conversion

In this phase you must strictly observe the plan during these weeks. This might be hard, but it will all be worth it in the end!

Clients who initially stick to their plans as long as possible and without any exceptions have the most long-lasting success. Your metabolism will do better the more time it has to achieve balance.

Phase 3 - Relaxed Conversion

In this phase the amount of food is slowly increased, and new foods are introduced to the meal plan. You will find your taste has changed. For instance, even given the opportunity, you are likely no longer in the mood to want foods such as sweets, burgers, or beer.

Phase 4 - Maintenance

This is the maintenance phase of Metabolic Balance®. At this time, you will know what foods are best for you and how to be successful with your wellness journey long-term.
