Do I need to be in Brisbane?
No - Sharon consults online with clients across Australia and New Zealand. The clinic is in Wilston, Brisbane if you'd prefer in-person sessions, but the program runs identically either way. Your blood work is done at a local pathology lab wherever you are.
How long until I see results?
Most clients notice changes in energy, sleep, and bloating within the first 2-3 weeks. Weight and deeper hormonal shifts typically show across weeks 4-8. By week 12 you've established a new baseline.
