All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Kajabi's payment platform and/or Stripe. WNutrition does not store credit card information.
Program fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment. Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

WNutrition provides professional clinical nutrition services. As with all professional clinical and allied health services, program fees are non-refundable once your program has commenced, including following your initial consultation.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice by contacting info@wnutrition.com.au or calling 0431 967 056. Consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

In the event of exceptional circumstances, please contact WNutrition directly and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Weight loss, metabolic improvements, and other health outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond nutrition, including lifestyle, sleep quality, stress levels, medications, genetic factors, and adherence to the program. WNutrition makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Testimonials and client results shared on our website represent individual experiences and are not indicative of typical results.

All content on wnutrition.com.au and within WNutrition programs - including text, graphics, program materials, nutrition plans, and resources - is the intellectual property of WNutrition and Sharon Carius.
