Hi, I’m Sharon – Metabolic Balance® practitioner and clinical nutritionist passionate about helping people understand how food affects their metabolic health. I guide clients toward choices that support their body’s natural functioning so they can live with more energy, clarity, and ease.
I began private practice in 2012, later moving to Seattle where I stayed connected to the nutrition field but couldn’t legally practice. After returning to Australia just before COVID, I completed another degree in clinical nutrition and became a certified Metabolic Balance® practitioner.
Working with clients facing migraines, thyroid issues, anxiety, and more revealed how powerfully food influences healing. Using the same framework that helped me overcome asthma, high blood pressure, and menopausal weight gain, I now support others in transforming their health – one personalised bite at a time.
Moving Beyond Guesswork – Precision and Personalisation

Often fighting an uphill battle determining each patient’s individualised nutritional needs. I wanted to create more impact with my expertise, and I needed more freedom from guessing what foods to change, to be able to better support patients in addressing their signs and symptoms. Now I work with clients to make that happen, and using the Metabolic Balance® program is how I can do this.
The program is based on habits to regulate hormones, and a patient’s uniquely determined food to reset their metabolic functioning where they are at. I now get to work with clients on a long-term basis and truly help them achieve their health goals, because I never have to spend time developing meal plans or figuring out what their bodies need.
My business is fully based on the use of the Metabolic Balance® program interpreting patients’ bloods, physical data, health conditions, medications and food preferences. There is nothing else on the market like it. I now have freedom to work with patients in supporting specific health conditions or healing, using food truly as medicine.
I could never have imagined how many people’s lives I could touch by changing foods and tweaking habits. I truly am grateful to have played a small role in their health transformations. I hope you too will consider working with me to feel the profound impact food can make in your body.
